I'm 27 years old, 5"2 and 110lbs. I'm a small, skinny girl but I find that I have a bit of fat under my chin that has always bothered me. It's not quite a double chin but it's certainly unflattering from some angles. Can Kybella be done on someone who is rather skinny and doesn't quite have a double chin but just some unflattering fat down there?

Answer: Kybella for small area Yes, you are likely an ideal candidate for Kybella. Many people have a genetic fullness under the chin but are otherwise thin. Since you have a small, focal area of fat deposition you would likely require less Kybella per treatment, less swelling, and fewer treatments. I have had very nice results treating small areas under the chin with Kybella. Please consult a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is a trained Kybella injector. Best wishes.

Answer: Not quite a double chin The short answer is yes! One of the nice things about Kybella is that you can decide exactly how much product to inject and in which areas to inject it. If you have a smaller area of correction, then you might need less product or a fewer number of treatments to get the results you are looking for. I would recommend a consultation with a certified Kybella injector to see if you are a candidate. Best of luck!
