I bought a .25mm dermaroller since it was recommended for first time users. I heard it was mainly used to enable ointments or serums to penetrate the skin deeper. I was wondering if it would be effective in getting rid of a small acne scar, and reduce my pore size. I also use a vitamin c serum after a rolling session.

Rule of thumb is roll till you go pink and then stop. Pressure should be light touch.
In our experience 3 x week is enough.
