Will Micro-Needling and or PRP help with orange texture skin?

I am 43 with no wrinkles but I noticed lately that was getting orange texture skin after doing several different types of laser treatments over the years. I just had a Vi-peel and my skin is worse!! I've heard that nothing can help, I'm guessing I have to let my skin calm down but will Microneedling and/or PRP help?? Could it make it worse? I am sooo sad!! I will include photos in next post>

I would recommend waiting at least 6 months after the burn occurred before getting treatment of micro-needling. The skin should be more pink in color then red. You should consider doing the micro-needling with PRP for greater healing and results. Micro-needling alone will give a good result but ...

Silicone gel won't build new collagen. Sculptra is good for rebuilding collagen in combination with other treatments like microneedling. With microneedling, I always combine prp and lasers to get the best results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

The under eye does best with a combination of lasers + microneedling/PRP, peels, skin care, and botox.  You will need a combination for the best treatment if you are not considering a surgical option.  Best, Dr. Emer.
