Will it impact my progress if I cannot access Accutane for 2 weeks?

Hi I’m a 34 year old female i started taking accutane December of 2023 at 40mg then around march was prescribed 60mg now I’m currently on 80 mg, at my pharmacy I was told that accutane won’t be available for at least 2 weeks I was wondering if this will impact my progress and when I do get back to taking it will I have 2reduce my dose? Or continue with 80mg. thank you.
