I'm a heathy young person and I had SMP to cover my FUE scars year ago, I had 3 sessions which all completely faded back to zero each time. I was told by the practitioner that some people's skin and scars cannot accept SMP pigment. Going forward, I'd like to know if I could have these done successfully . I'd like to find a suitable clinic to do this. Is it possible that SMP will work for me or are some people actually immune to it?

I am not an SMP specialist, but I refer to Sabine / Prohairclinic since I have seen a lot of her work.At a normal distance, SMP is not noticeable for a layman.
However, your FUE dr. has not done a proper job if he depleted your donor area to the point where SMP is required to disguise the problem.
Scalp MicroPigmentation or SMP is usually suitable for one specific length. You should have the SMP done with the ideal hair length you intend to wear. SMP is a flat tattoo. Hairs are three dimensional. SMP cannot perfectly match hair at various lengths.
