Breast veins, 18 years old. Help. What are my options? (Photo)

Okay so over the past few months suddenly I have a lot of very prominent blue veins going across my breasts and nipple. It’s really stressing me out as I had thought before it was possible I am having a cryptic pregnancy and I don’t know whether this is a sign? Or it’s normal and I’m being paranoid .. please can I get some help!
