Basically there are two things going on from what I can tell from the picture1) Your front teeth are too dominant / large for the rest of your teeth.  Thus the proportions are off. 2) Your side teeth (lateral incisors) are set back in your smile....thus exacerbating the dominance of your centrals. Solution:  Get your teeth orthodontically moved in to the correct arch form.  Then do some porcelain veneers

Based on your photo, I can see many things you can do to improve your smile. Crest White Strips are good, however, the percentage of whitening agent allowable for retail use isn't as significant as what you can expect to receive at a dental office. For example, I'm pretty sure the Crest White Strips are 9.5% and I dispense 35% to all my patients for their whitening treatments. With regards to your crowding, I believe you could definitely be a candidate for Invisalign or traditional braces. I hope this helps! Good luck!
