I used to have a gentle concave shape between my eye & nose on each side, and clear dorsal lines. One nasal bone is clearly very laterally placed and affected the concave shape and the shape of my medial canthus. The change to my eye is very perceptible in photos. I have no dorsal line, and a weird flat plane next to my eye. The other nasal bone is more vertically placed - the dorsal line is harsh & asymmetrical. My doctor said this is all due to the underlying bone asymmetry of my septum.
