I got advice to proceed with PRP Therapy (which stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy) as Platelets release growth factors that help the body repair itself ?

This is not ideal. The dermaroller will not be able to get it into the correct layer for optimal results. The PRP should be injected into the scalp. In addition, microneedling can be used on top of that. There is a big difference between microneedling and a dermaroller...
When you are centrifuging, the hormones will be separated out into a different level than the platelets so when you inject the PRP it contains the growth factors and not the hormones. The hormones will be found in the rbc layer.
