I do not believe that any of those home remedies would be able to help you.  I remove moles from patient's faces regularly in my office -- where is that mole located?? (it's not possible to tell from this photo). My advice would be to see a board-certified Dermatologist...

Obvious moles can really make a patient self conscientious and are so easy to remove. The resulting minimal scar is so much better looking than an ugly mole.

I would not recommend attempting to permanently make a mole darker.  If you would like the mole removed and it is raised, this can normally be removed by shaving it off.   

The mole on your upper lip appears to be raised.  If that is the case, it could be shaved off to remove it.
