I don't recommend attempting to remove this yourself. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Obvious moles can really make a patient self conscientious and are so easy to remove. The resulting minimal scar is so much better looking than an ugly mole.

I would not recommend attempting to permanently make a mole darker.  If you would like the mole removed and it is raised, this can normally be removed by shaving it off.

The mole on your upper lip appears to be raised.  If that is the case, it could be shaved off to remove it.
