I do not believe that any of those home remedies would be able to help you.  I remove moles from patient's faces regularly in my office -- where is that mole located?? (it's not possible to tell from this photo). My advice would be to see a board-certified Dermatologist for an in-person consultation for mole removal. Asking about treatments over the internet in the absence of a complete in-person examination by a board-certified physician is not recommended. Good luck!
