Hi! The proportions of my face bother me. Unfortunately, the area that I live in does not provide good options for reconstructive surgery, therefore I would appreciate your professional advise with regards to what minor procedures could help make me look more feminine. Personally, I feel that my face is too long, nose is too wide and lips are too small. Am I right? What minor procedures could help? Lip fillers for example? Appreciate your help. Thanks.

If you are disappointed with the marionette lines after only 3 weeks, you will be more disappointed after 6 months. You may discuss injectable filler treatments with your surgeon as these creases will only worsen over the next weeks.
The used of steroids for anti-inflamatories purposes in facelifts are very rarely use anymore. when use, are in a short, acting and small doses to cause any systematic effect in a patient. The best way to prevent inflammation after surgery is the gentle treatment of the tissues during surgery
I would recommend speaking with your surgeon regarding his or her guidelines, as they may have specific instructions they would like you to follow. It should be ok after 6 weeks, but there is a possibility of additional swelling. I hope this helps, and i wish you the best of luck.
