Hi there,I think it is difficult based on you smiling to see the lack of cheek volume, however, fillers in a young patient do very well to mask the under eye hollowing and add projection to the cheek.I would recommend a restylane product to do this as they look very good under the eye and do not have a tindle (blue color) effect.Hope that helps,Dr. Joelle Lieman
