I had a rhinoplasty a few years ago and I'm not happy with the result, but until I can afford a revision I'm thinking about doing alar botox because I don't like how big my nostrils become when I smile and I also have super thin skin and when I smile my tip gets white spots where cartilage bumps are and sometimes a scab and I'm afraid my skin is going to tear, I hope alar botox helps with that. But can it be dangerous just like filler? If it gets in a blood vessel? Or is there no risk?
