My butt crack is lifted too high. Is there a surgery to make it normal?

I'm 34 male I was overweight for a long time and I did lost a lot of weight did a tummy tuck then a thigh lift but the problem now on my lower back my butt crack is lifted too high is there a way or a surgery to make it back to normal or lower it back ? And my scars really looks bad the dr said he can fix them with another surgery so I asked here again to see my options it really bothers me the scars and my lower back I would really appreciate an answer from you doctors .. I insecure

Once the buttock crack is elongated from a lower body lift, it is very difficult to shorten it back again. If there is remaining loose skin above the scar line in the middle then it is possible to get some downward movement. This can only be determined by an in-person physical exam. Glad to help.

It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal butt image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your buttock will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. Liposuction of your lower back and fat transfer is also helpful as an adjunct to implants. Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon.

I would be reluctant in recommending a revision both in regards to this bar and lowering your butt crease.
If you're less than one year from surgery then we need to wait before the scars mature.
I've seen nice scare improvements using silicone sheeting with products such as safetac which is available from Amazon
