I have a dent on my left buttocks from falling down concrete steps about 8 months ago. What can I do to fix it? (Photo)

I did an ultrasound to see if I had a hematoma but nothing was found. A general surgeon said it was fat necrosis or scar tissue. I've done several Vela Shape treatments with no improvements. I workout 4-5 days a week and try to focus on my glutes. I was informed subcision can be beneficial. What is the best treatment option?
