Hi I'm a male who has done steroids over the last year to increase muscle mass. Rescently I've noticed a large dimple on one of my butt cheeks about the size of a 5 cent piece. What could this be ? How can I have it treated ?

Answer: Fixable indentation Typically this can be fixed with transferring some fat taken from another area of your body and injected into the indented area. I have done this procedure on other patients with similar size indentations with good results. With that said, a plastic surgeon would need to examine the area to ascertain if this would be the best option. Best of Luck

Answer: Dimple Hello and thank you for your inquiry. It is difficult to assess without a photo reference and I would first suggest you provide one here in order to get the best possible answer. It could be that the steroids are the cause for the dimple. I would suggest you stop the use of the steroids and monitor the size of the dimple for the next couple of weeks before consulting a certified plastic surgeon. Fillers could even out the area temporarily but a fat grafting procedure would be the most permanent solution. Best Regards
