Any hope to fix scarring on lip from dog bite? (Photo)

Hey everyone, I got bit by a dog 2 years ago and the scar left behind is something I personally cannot get over. I have been to three plastic surgeons, and they say anything they do will make it worse. I would like to at least make it less swollen. Any ideas?
