I have a mole that is itching and tingling. I have seen a dermatologist (first time seeing one) and he said it was nothing of concern. I have been told, by friends that have had melanoma spots, I should have requested a biopsy and/or seek a second opinion. Can an itching and tingling mole be of no concern or should I have a biopsy? I am new to this and my research shows itching and tingling is definitely cause for concern. What say you?
