I'm Confiserie. I have the bumps a long time tried different Peelings and lotions but never got really rid of them. The skin is thin under my eyes the bumps aren't really tactile. What are these? And is it true that Syringomas are characteristic for tissue disorders and always come back whem removed? How many laser Surfers would be needed?
