Will Smart lipo get rid of this pooch? (Photos)

Your photo shows an oval ring of fat centered around your umbilicus. You've also got obvious stretch marks and loose skin above and below the umbilicus. If you do lipo only with or without a laser, I can predict reliably that your skin will wrinkle ugly above and below the umbilicus and give you a not-so-pleasing results. You look like a typical tummy tuck patient. I've been doing lipo and tummy tucks for almost two decades and I would strongly recommend a tummy tuck if your goal is to look flat and smooth and not flat and wrinkled.

Yes, this area can be treated with Smart Lipo, you do have some stretch marks which will affect how well the skin will contract.  Adding a skin tightening agent such as J-plasma to the area can help with skin tightening and give you best results.  See a body contouring specialist

Yes, laser liposuction will eliminate your area of concern.  Following the healing process (which is typically 3 months) you may want to consider skin surgery if the skin does not retract enough following the treatment.  You have a lot of stretch marks to the area and the skin will not have the same ability to contract as skin without stretch marks.  Good luck!

You have many fats on your upper and lower stomach. On you lower stomach, you have big amounts of stretch marks and on sectio scars there is fibrotic attachment. If it can be done by an experienced surgeon, the vaser lipo will be the best choise to get rid of all the fats without sagging. But if you are disturbed by stretch marks on lower stomach, after vaser lipo, abdominoplasty(lipoabdominoplasty) will be perfect for strectced marks and for lifted stomach.

I agree with Dr. Pelosi, Tummy tuck can obtain a good result. i also think you can achieve an acceptable fat reduction with Smartlipo. Recovery is much quicker, scaring is minimal.
