Will micro lipo help my Jowl?

I’m a 37 year old male and I’ve had pockets of fat in the Jowl area since my late 20’s. I’ve had chin implant and neck liposuction and also buccal fat removal but I’m still bothered about these fatty areas each side of my cheeks. My mother has it. Will Micro Lipo in this area help me?
