Lumpy and uneven texture after liposuction, 12 months post. Carboxytherapy or Venus Legacy or are there better options? (Photos)

Hey, I had liposuction 12 months ago and i'm really freaking out about my results. The lighting is kinda dramatic but you can see what i'm talking about here. Has anyone had a similar experience? What do i do? It's hard to trust what my doctor is saying. He's suggesting to do a round of carboxytherapy or Venus Legacy. I had lymphatic drainage massage from a professional who does post-op massages 3/4 times a week for the first 5 months PS the hole above my belly button is from a piercing.
