I did tca 35% peel on my hands for dark knucles and keep it for 10 min and after peeling go in sun....and my color of finger gone chnged...then i again appy tca peel to remove my hand color...but did not show any result...then i appy salicyclic cream,gycolic cream,retin a...but without any improper its getting darker and darker day by day...i m very depressed plz suggest me something.nothing goes rite with my hands

Without doubt this is a difficult scar to treat. Last line would be surgery. Personally I would try HA fillers with subcision. It is up to the confidence of your Specialist if they would attempt non-reversible fillers on this area of the nose. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.

No type of skin peel in medial thighs will give you any lasting depigmentation.   You will in fact likely pigment more.   See a plastic surgeon and try skin lighteners and also condider trying the Picosure laser treatments.   This will take a lot of time for success.   My Best,  Dr Commons
