It's difficult to pinpoint the area you have concerns over. Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly. Thank you for your question! I am unsure what your baseline photos look like but it could just be a sun spot. If not, it could also be hyperpigmentation from a bruise if you bruised at all. I would try doing a chemical peel such as the VIpeel and pre-treating your skin with a cream called lytera twice a day for 2 weeks prior to the peel and 2 weeks after as well. Hope this helps!

Appears to be a skin discoloration that could be treated with laser or deep chemical peeling. Seek a cosmetic derm or plastic surgeon.

It appears that you have a little melasma in a few areas. See your dermatologists and have them prescribe you some HQ and Vitamin C serum and a good sunscreen daily.
