I got dermal fillers on my upper lip for lip lines. I got restylane refine and noticed a brown raised dark spot since. I tried to get it dissolved many times and visited many different dermatologists, they don’t know what is is or were not very helpful. I’m very embarrassed about it and need help.

Hi there thank you for the consultation. I would do combination of botox to relax the muscle the produces smiles dimples and then inject dermal filler with a low g' filler to reduce that line that gets worse with smiling.
