Hi there thank you for the consultation. I would do combination of botox to relax the muscle the produces smiles dimples and then inject dermal filler with a low g' filler to reduce that line that gets worse with smiling.

Unfortunately that is from the muscle movement when you smile. You can soften them a bit with a filler. Make sure you see a very experienced physician/injector for a consultation.
