Had a root canal in December and tooth still hurts: it’s just constant pain and pain to touch.

Question

Had root canal and temporary filling put in over a month ago. Feel like it has hurt off and on since but now it hurts a lot. Hot and cold does not hurt it’s just constant pain and pain to touch it is yeh the top tooth fourth form front tooth and now the spot above it between my cheek and nose hurts when you touch it. Should I be worried

It would be good to see an x-ray pre and post root canal treatment.  That being said, there may be an infection that may continue to get worse.  See your dentist right away to get you out of pain and to have a healthy tooth again!
