With 2 weeks of downtime, what laser treatment would be best for my thin under eye skin? (photos)

Thanks for your question. It sounds like you have great insight into what is going on and have been pursuing good treatment options. If you have that kind of downtime, there is absolutely no treatment which will even close to deep laser resurfacing. It will also dramatically improve the skin on the rest of your face as well. This can be combined with PRP (platelet rich plasma) to utilize those growth factors, but it's really the laser that does the heavy lifting. If you didn't have as much downtime, I would say Halo laser which has gotten the best results for moderate downtime in this area, but with 2 weeks, find a very experienced laser doc and go for it! 

It sounds like you had some very appropriate treatments to address your concerns in this area. If you are still unhappy with with results there are other procedures which may give you the results you desire.  You could consider additional RF treatments or microneedling with RF (infini).  We also combine these treatments with stem cell therapy.  Injecting stem cells  (obtained from your blood)into the area causes the skin to thicken and smooth out.  The other options would be to do some laser resurfacing with a CO2 or erbium laser.

Your eyes look fine, but they can be improved. I would consider either CO2 or micro needling PRP, the former will give you more predictable results. At day 12-14 I would also use a vvv small amount of filler to correct volume loss. The balance between treating skin texture, tone and volume gives the best results. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
