What procedures would make me look more feminine and soften the angles of my face? (Photo)

I’m looking for opinions and advice on how to soften my facial features. At certain angles I am horrified by how I look. It’s really hurting my confidence. I think a nose job and maybe fat transfer? I’m really at a loss at to how to correct the harsh angles that bother ne so much.

This is likely to be the best option for reducing the face there. The hairline will advance somewhat and the bone overall will look less projected. This is a common procedure in my office. Takes about 90 minutes.

I address these issues for people several times each week. The procedure involves shaping the bone and soft tissue through the inside of the mouth. It is much easier when you don't have a bit issue.
