Losing more than 100 short hairs a day. What can I do? (Photo)

I'm 27F. i had a lot of hair shedding after dengue in 2016.had thin hair to begin with. after that i was almost bald.i shed every year almost 5 months when the weather is really hot. i started treatment in 2019.started with PRP,spironolactone 100 mg and 1 mg finesteride. the shedding didn't go away but hair got bit thck.at beginning of 2021 I started shedding thick short hair . i started minox 5% in June. even days when im not losing any long hair i lose about 100+ short thick hair.
