I have a tattoo on my wrist that I desperately WANT GONE!!! But I live in Southern California and spend a lot of time out in the sun. I also have a vacation to Hawaii planned in a month (woohoo!!!) and know that I'll be laying out by the pool A LOT. Should I wait to start treatments until after summer, or is okay to have the treated area exposed to UV rays?
