Can't open my eye fully after Ptosis surgery. Can it be corrected again? (Photo)

I had a Ptosis surgery 6 months ago on my right eye. My surgeon used the levator Resection technique and tighten the Muscle for 2-3 mm. After Op my I Looked overcorrected and I Start to Massage it Down at 5 weeks post op. During the massage I felt a pulling sensation. Now I can't open my eye fully and have some extra skin over my eye. Every time I look up something is blocking my eyelid. Is it possible that I have weakened the muscle? And can it be corrected again?
