Loose skin & uneven healing, would a tummy tuck revision help? (Photos)

Hello I have had a tummy tuck two years ago and am wondering about a revision. There’s loose skin, uneven healing etc. please share your opinions. Thank you.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I encourage you to begin by visiting a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation.  An examination is needed with you standing upright to determine if there is enough excess skin to warrant removal.  The abdominal contour could be related to visceral/internal fat or subcutaneous fat.  If it is the latter then liposuction may improve your result.

Though you posted a series of photos, there were all in semi or full bending position. None I. Full up right position? Why? 
Also before the initial TT photos help. I think you might be a revision TT candidate? But only in person or virtual consul with can determine. Expect fees from $10,000+

Tell me, Chuck results are assessed with patients standing up straight. Everyone is going to have skin laxity when they hips are flexed in a sitting position. It’s not possible to have a tight abdomen with full hip flexion. If the skin was tight with your hips flexed you wouldn’t be able to stand up straight. This is true for all people whether they’ve had a tummy tuck or not. To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have your before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Without knowing what you look like before the procedure, we don’t know what your candidacy was for the procedure and candidacy for surgery has a lot to do with what patients should expect from the outcome. If you’re not happy with your tummy tuck, then sometimes looking at your before pictures can help put things in perspective as well.
Follow up with your provider and have him or her address your concerns. Alternatively, you can re-post with proper before and after pictures or schedule in person second opinion consultations. You may be a candidate for a Revision based on the pictures included, which are unfortunately limited. 
Individuals will have significant skin laxity from previous pregnancies or significant weight loss will often have some skin laxity in above horizontal and vertical direction. Tammy tech only removes vertical skin laxity so there’s going to be some horizontal skin laxity in certain individuals who had significant skin laxity before the procedure. Having before pictures can help identify such individuals. While you may be able to get some improvements from a revision going through the procedure and paying for it, may or may not be worth it, and this depends on each individual persons motivation and needs.
