I posted this question but the pictures did not upload . I had a tummy tuck and lipo 360+renuvion two years ago. Am I a candidate for revision? The lower abdomen skin wrinkles when I bend forward. It did not heal evenly and there is lower a fat that was under liposuctionioned. Also the renuvion did not tighten my skin and I still have banana rolls on my back 37 years old. 3 c sections.
Answer: Am I a candidate? From your photos the excess tissue on your back can be resolved from a bra line lift. This removes excess fat and skin, smoothing the back contour. The resulting scar is a horizontal line that is approximately the level of the bra line. For the tummy, an exam is needed to know the correct recommendation. If there is excess subcutaneous fat then some liposuction of the area should improve results. If it is excess skin then excision is the best way to address it.

Answer: Tummy tuck revision Dear Mocha Mammi, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Back rolls Photos are not the best to evaluate your postop result but only in person. Regarding your back rolls, those are saggy skin on your back, so you are a candidate for a Brassiere line Back lift. The degree of saggy skin you have will never get any tighter using energies, only cutting and tightening surgery will improve that. Be encouraged!! Dr. Cárdenas

Answer: Tummy tuck results Based on your pictures, your tummy tuck result looks typical and average. Based on your pictures, there’s no clear evidence of needing a revision. Everybody is going to have skin laxity creating skin folds with your torso flexed. We do not judge tummy tuck results based on a sitting position. Renuvion delivers virtually no skin tightening, despite claims by providers and the company making the equipment. I speak from first-hand experience when I say this. I have owned the equipment, but no longer recommend using it because it fails to deliver what the manufacturer claims. Skin laxity is best treated by direct skin excision. You could consider doing this with an extended or wraparound tummy tuck, a.k.a. body lift. Excising skin laxity on the back may leave some residual skin laxity on the upper back, but should treat the skin laxity up to about your mid waist. Follow up with your provider or schedule in person second opinion consultations with other providers in your community. Wow, your pictures did include before and after pictures it’s always ideal to use standard before and after pictures. If you don’t have a complete set of before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. For a second opinion, consultations I recommend bringing a complete set up before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report. These are all available from your surgeons office on request.
