What can be done for this triple eyelid fold that sometimes happens when I blink or at the end of the day? (PHOTOS)

Question

I got upper eyelid filler (Restylane). Since then, whenever I blink, there is an unnatural third fold/crease that happens sometimes. I did not have a third crease before fillers. (See my before photo.) 1) Was the filler placed too high or in the wrong spot? 2) Should more filler be placed where the third crease happens? 3) Was my eyelid overfilled or under filled? 4). Do I need to get it dissolved?

Hello, it's unclear why filler was injected in the first place. You have dermatochalasis (extra skin) which would have been addressed best with a blepharoplasty. Adding filler has just created more puffiness in the lid. Would consider letting it metabolize and maybe dissolve as well. Then would let the lid volume stabilize and consider a blepharoplasty in the future. Please visit an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results.
