Since my abscesses were not properly drained, I have numerous scars and dark spots on my upper arms. What kind of treatment—or treatments—would be most beneficial in addressing this problem? I'm searching in the Kansas City area, or perhaps the San Francisco Bay Area, for a surgeon or dermatologist or with experience treating scars. Additionally, any useful information would be greatly appreciated.
