Is it okay to have a Rhinoplasty after under-eye fillers?

I'm interested to have under-eye fillers to treat dark circles, and later have a rhinoplasty. I understand that after a rhinoplasty the under-eye area is swollen and becomes purple. Will the rhinoplasty ruin the results of the under eye fillers? Will it make the fillers dissolve faster?
