What is the best option to resolve dents in under eyes? (Photos)

I had filler several years ago a few times in under eyes, I thought it had migrated causing a bulge but when I had it dissolved there is now a dent. Im not sure the filler was ever the issue. How can I best resolve this- Blepharoplasty, Fat Transfer, CO2?

The area you're concerned about is caused by volume loss along the lower lid and cheek junction. To treat this, you could add volume back to the lower eyelid and cheek either with filler or with fat transfer. Some type of skin resurfacing, such as TCA peel or a laser, will also help to improve skin quality.

Based off of your photos, you may not benefit from lower blepharoplasty. This surgery is indicated when the lower eyelid fat pads prodtrude and cause the appearance of bags. You do not appear to have this on frontal view. Your surgeon will examine your profile view to help determine if this procedure is right for you.
