Congenital lack of volume around eyes and temple creates glaring aesthetic imbalances. Would fat transfer resolve it? (Photos)
27 year old male that has had this issue for as long as i can remember, but it’s gotten worse over time as my facial fat sags and dissipates with age and fluctuating extreme weight loss/gain. The lack of fat and volume, specifically around the lateral aspect of my orbital rim and temples, throws off my entire front profile and creates a separation between my midface and my lower third, especially when I smile. I also have significant nasolabial folds and a lack of volume above each nostril on the nasal bridge that creates another fold when I smile that is unsightly. Is it possible to transplant an amount of fat that would fully rectify these deficiencies? Is that the optimal route? And I do not want to solve it with temporary fillers, the area is far too large and would cost an insane amount of money over time.
