PDO Thread lift - will it affect the results if I rinse in hot water in the week following the procedure?

I want to get PDO thread lift. My provider said that I can't take hot showers for 24 hours but I read online that I shouldn't take hot showers for a week. I have chronic back pain and hot showers help alleviate the pain, will it affect my results if I rinsed my body in hot water for a few minutes a couple of times within the week following the procedure?
