Are there any new developments in fat transfer success to lips?

I've had fat transfer to my lips a few months ago and now its almost all gone, probably 90% reabsorption. I'd like to do it again one day, is there any new science in techniques or process that can help fat survive that you've heard of?

Thank-you for your query. Lumps after facial fat transfer can be due to swelling and some blood in the tissues and can last for may weeks.
