Will masseter Botox interfere with jaw alignment from Invisalign? (Photo)

Hey, I recently got masseter Botox to help with my pain in my jaws (so far has been great and cleared up the pain). But I've been kind of paranoid, my main reason I got Invisalign was to align my bite/jaws. My front teeth were always fairly straight but my back teeth caused my jaw pain. Since masseter Botox relaxes the jaw muscles, would it have any effect on Invisalign moving the jaws into their proper position?
