How can I go about searching or finding that person with a large male clientele?

I would like help looking for Dr.s with a large male clientele. I'm looking to defeminize my hips and butt due to a prior BBL. I need a Dr who has proof of experience with case examples as I would like this to be the last surgery so I'm trying to choose wisely.

Dear woodenboy,
finding the right Dr. is extremely challenging especially with the number of online platforms and resources available. There a lot of great Dr's available. Make sure he/she is a board-certified plastic surgeon. Definitely check to make sure your choice specializes in the procedure you want and spend the time to read through patient testimonials. There is a number of different sites where you can check for reviews (Realself, yelp, google, etc.).You can always pick up the phone and call around also, find an office you feel comfortable with and set up a few consultations.

Majority of cosmetic surgery is done on female patients. My ratio of male to female BBL surgery is probably about 1%.
Male aesthetics are inherently different, and we generally focus on posterior projection and avoid bringing in the waist and minimizing hip fullness.
Your best bet is to simply start interviewing plastic surgeons. There’s no way to differentiate who has the experience you’re looking for without properly, vetting, plastic surgeons, which requires in person consultations.
I suppose you could look through websites and see who has more male aesthetic surgery in comparison.
In the end, people either know what they’re doing or they don’t. Those who have inherent talent should be able to design the procedure correctly.
The fact that someone has done numerous cases previously is generally a positive attribute, but it’s certainly possible to do a poor job again and again, just like it’s possible for someone to hit home runs on a less frequent basis.
