Can I get a masculine bubble butt? I had a BBL twice now and am thinking of getting a 3rd to reduce the size and change the shape. I want a male bubble butt not a woman's butt. Not sure why the doctors have been giving me this Kim Kardashian woman butt. Is it possible to fix this? I have attached what I would like it to look like instead and my current pictures. Thank you!

I understand your concern. Based on your photos, it looks like this can be improved. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

There is no doubt that your bubble is too big and looks unnatural. Very conservtive and skilfull liposuction, possibly done in two stages to allow skin to retract and reshape, may be needed to achieve smaller, proportional buttocks. You need an expert for this! Good luck.

The male BBL is quite different than female. And then we typically do not add volume in the hips, and in general, the size of your bottom is simply disproportionately large. Follow up with your provider and ask them to do a revision for you. Alternatively, have in person second opinion consultations with other providers to have a proven track record in and show them both examples of previous male body contouring procedures.
