Is it possible to make the lower eyelid thinner?

You can see my eye in the first image. The lower eyelid, where it looks a bit purple, looks quite thick to me. Is it possible to thin this eyelid so that it no longer looks so thick? The best aim would be to make it look something like Chris Hemsworth's (last image)
