Help! Lasting side effects from Morpheus8. What can I do to fix this?

I had Morpheus8 done Jan 7, 2022 to my neck & jawline, it is now March 29,2022. I have puncture/grid marks still very visible covering the entire treatment area and in addition my neck has red sections that have raised textured grid marks. My doctor gave my a steroid cream but it did little to effect the redness. What can I do to fix this? Its unsightly and ppl point out my neck asking if I have a rash.

Please follow up with a dermatologist but HA and retinol would help this condition improve. Hope this helps.
