Hi, I posted last July with photos of my face. I had a Morpheus8 treatment in Feb. of 2021 and still the grid marks on my face. They are not raised but are flush with my skin and are red. Someone commented saying it was normal but this is not normal. My face looks horrible as you can see the grid marks all over my face. Was I burned? How do I fix it?    If you still have grid marks left behind after a Morpheus8 treatment you were likely treated at an energy level that was not appropriate for your skin type. When in the hands of a properly trained professional Morpheus8 should not leave grid marks. These grid marks are post inflammatory hyperpigmentation that was left behind after your treatment. Hyperpigmentation can be the end result of an injury to the skin. Treating with RF energy up too high on the wrong skin type can do that. My suggestion would be gentle chemical peels and incorporating pigment reducing, exfoliating skin care.  IPL or laser treatments to reduce pigmentation may be an option, but you would need to be consulted by a trained skin care professional to make sure you are a candidate for the procedure. It will take time and patience, but you should be able to improve this with proper treatment.

Hello there.  I am so sorry that this happened to you.  There should be no long lasting marks from a safely performed Morpheus treatment.  A picture would be helpful here to know how to direct you from here.  Morpheus is a very safe and effective procedure that should help eliminate scars and lines and not cause them.
