Would 2nd Invisalign round adjust teeth back to original results & would my old Vivera retainers fit?

About 15 years ago I had invisalign done. I was good about my vivera retainers for a while but at some point years ago I stopped wearing them consistently and eventually they stopped fitting. My teeth have shifted some but nothing terrible. If I got a second round of Invisalign would they adjust them back to my original results? Would my old vivera retainers fit?

It sounds like you may be a good candidate for some minor Invisalign treatment. If your records are transferred to the dentist who will be treating you, the previous outcome can be used as a guide for the new set up. It is unlikely that your old Vivera retainers will fit. For proper retention, well-fitting retainers are very important.
