Hi, I have slight scleral show but am interested in infraorbital rim implants. I’m not particularly bothered by the scleral show, but am worried about having the implants making it worse. Many thanks.

A higher maxillary vestibule or larger lips does not make it more difficult to place cheek implants intraorally. Your anatomy is not particularly uncommon in this type of facial surgery.
