Hit in Jaw - can a blow to the jaw cause the Ethmoid, Sphenoid or concha to shift and shrink the airway?

I was hit in the jaw accidentally while playing basketball. I perceive that there is less air flow but the septum looks straight. Can a blow to the jaw cause the Ethmoid, Sphenoid or concha to shift and shrink the airway? Might I be experiencing internal swelling and that’s it?
